Frequently Asked Question

  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping normally takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times, and up to 21 BUSINESS days during times such as a pandemic.)
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    Every purchase is a final sale. Exceptions – If your order has not shipped and you would like to do an exchange for a product of EQUAL VALUE, you may do so if it is approved by customer service.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.
  • My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We provide tracking numbers for all orders and take pictures of the products that were shipped once packed in the shipping box.
  • I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
    We are sorry to inform you, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Please double check your address before proceeding to place your order. You can contact the shipping provider to see if there is anything that can be done. If you order hasn't shipped please contact us as soon as possible.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped USPS ONLY. We reserve the right to utilize other shipping companies such as UPS, FEDEX, and/or DHL.
  • What happens when my order is returned to sender?
    Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email, the email address provided at checkout. If you are requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you would rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No not currently, please check back frequently as it is the goal of Rich Glamour Cosmetics to be able to ship to all corners of the globe.



We do extensive tests on our shipping packages and wrapping procedures to secure our products, especially those that are in a glass container, to safeguard and ensure that they do not break during the shipping process.


Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you are not allergic. Rich Glamour Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Ingredients are listed on all packaging and in the description of the product listing on our website.

If there are any issues with your order, you will have 48 hours after delivery confirmation to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions! This is going to keep shipping cost and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!
