Once an order has shipped by USPS / UPS / DHL / FEDEX Rich Glamour Cosmetics is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the relevant shipping company to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
Some items sold by richglamourcosmetics.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At richglamourcosmetics.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will ship your full order.
Shipments to Forwarding Companies
While we can ship to forwarding companies, we prefer to ship directly to you. Rich Glamour Cosmetics is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. We also don’t supply replacements or refunds for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you must have us ship to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting that the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
